my problem?" The answer is a resounding, one hundred percent confident,

geeks. After all, isn't the typical geek somewhat of a 'know-it-all'
anyways? The fact is, we are so confident in our geeks ability to solve your
computer repair issue or network crisis that we are willing to offer a, "You don't pay unless we fix it" guarantee. No one else in
the industry offers a policy like this! But fortunately for you, we do.
Here's how the policy works:
- Give us a call to set up a date with one of our geeks.
- Agree to the *'On-site Diagnostic Fee' of $129.99.
- Allow us to come to your site (home, office, business), perform the
diagnosis on your technology issue, and then make recommendations about
what needs to be done to repair the issue in it's entirety.
-At this point you will be following our geek's advice as to what
services must be performed in order to solve your current technology
issue. If our geek performs a service but it does not solve your
problem, you are not obligated to pay him for his service or time.
That's our promise. That's our, "You don't pay unless we fix it"
guarantee.
*All customers must agree firstly to the 'Onsite
Diagnostic Fee' in order to have a geek technician come out.
