Remote Service Pricing (Simple!) [$199.99 Price Cap] $49 Initial session connect fee and diagnosis, then... $1.00 per minute for every minute up to (2) two hours and .50 cents per minute thereafter. *If our geeks do not solve your problem remotely, all of the minutes used become FREE and are waived completely. If you choose to have our geek out on-site to solve the problem we could not solve remotely, your session connect fee is also waived and your remote service call becomes %100 totally FREE!
